A very significant step for our AeroFid leak tester
One of our German aerosol filler will receive the approval from German authorities to operate its aerosol filling plant without water bath. So it is more than official, that our AeroFid leak tester is able to replace the water bath in its function as a leak tester. More than 20 AeroFid leak tester are now in use all over Europe. Soon another AeroFid leak tester will be launched in southern Germany. The AeroFid is available in three sizes, our top model is able to check 240 cans per minute.
Customers choose the Water Bath Alternative to save energy, operator costs and space.

New Leak Detector AEROFID 100 Installed
Back in October of this year, a new leak detector AeroFid 100, was installed in the facilities of a well known German aerosol filler. By supplementing the existing system with the leak detector AeroFid 100 our customer now meets all requirements for an alternative leak detecting system without a water bath.

15th Leak Detector sold in the UK
Bautz Engineering has sold their 15th AEROFID Leak Detector to a Customer in the UK.
This makes the AEROFID Leak Detector the most widely used Leak Detecting Machine for the Waterbath alternative.
